1. Return Eligibility:

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Certain items are non-returnable:
      • Products marked as Final Sale
      • Items that have been washed, used, or damaged after delivery
      • Personalized or custom-made products

2. How to Return:

To initiate a return, contact Pioneer Linen customer support via email or contact form with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product details
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Return Pickup or Drop-off:

  • In select areas, Pioneer Linen may arrange for courier pickup.
  • In other cases, customers may be asked to return items to a specified drop-off point.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
  • If paid via cash on delivery, a bank transfer refund will be initiated upon sharing your bank details.

5. Exchange Option:

  • Currently, direct exchanges are not supported.
  • Customers may return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, report it within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photo evidence via email for faster resolution.

7. Shipping Charges:

  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
