1. Delivery Charges

    • Free delivery & installation on orders above AED 300.
    • For orders below AED 300, a delivery fee of AED 49 will be charged.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within 3–7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery time may vary based on product availability and location.

3. Delivery Areas

Pioneer Linene delivers across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

4. Click & Collect

  • Option available at checkout.
  • Your order will be ready to collect within 72 hours after confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification once the order is ready at your selected location.
  • Orders will be held for 7 days; unclaimed orders will be cancelled and refunded.

5. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a call or SMS with delivery confirmation and expected schedule.
  • A tracking link may also be provided via email or message (if available).

6. Missed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., customer unavailable), a re-delivery will be scheduled.
  • Additional charges may apply for multiple missed deliveries.

7. Remote Areas

  • Some remote areas may have limited delivery services or longer delivery times.
  • Customers in such locations may be contacted to arrange suitable delivery.

8. Delivery During Sales / Peak Seasons

  • During promotions or holidays, delivery may take longer than usual due to high volumes.

9. Product Availability

  • If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Pioneer Linen will contact the customer to offer alternatives or process a refund.
